Wording for Wedding Reception Invitations - Tips, Ideas, Examples and Samples

Traditionally, a wedding consists of two parts - the ceremony and the wedding reception. Usually, the reception follows immediately after the ceremony, but this should be stated on the wedding invitation in any case.
Over and above the vital pieces of information, it is best to give the guests an idea of the color scheme and theme of the wedding with the way the invitation is designed. That way, the guests will be excited to attend and send their replies back to you immediately.

Once all the vital and relevant information is taken care of, you will need to add an R.S.V.P section in your wording for wedding reception invitations, to allow your guests to easily and comfortably accept the invitation.
Here, you could ask the guests to let you know if they have any special dietary requirements, as well as how many people will be attending. Here are some more examples to help you.
